POSH

JMS Universal Technologies Pvt Ltd., is committed to have a workplace free from sexual harassment.  JMS has zero tolerance policy for such act and all employees are expected to work in a way that prevents sexual harassment.
 
As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“Act” / “POSH Act”) and rules thereunder (“Rules”), the company has framed this policy and adopted the same.  While this policy covers all the key aspects of the Act, for any further clarification, references shall always be made to the Act, for any further clarification, references shall always be made to the Act and provisions of the Act shall prevail.
 
The policy aims at prohibiting, preventing and deterring the commission of act of sexual harassment at the workplace and provide the procedure for redressal of complaints pertaining to sexual harassment.
 
The company is committed to the effective dissemination of this policy. All stakeholders and managers are required to ensure that they and their team are aware of the policy and are encouraged to adhere to it.

Safety Policy

“Safety First” policy of JMS is one of the foremost followed practices. Commencing from production to installation, JMS as clear written safety policy and it ensures the complete team and its contractors adhere to the strict safety norms.

Child Labor Policy

Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986 prohibits employment of children below the age of 14years in 18 occupations and 65 processes. JMS has strict compliance policy by not appointing any such underaged children either In its manufacturing facility or in its corporate office.

Slavery Policy

JMS has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to preventing acts of slavery and human trafficking from occurring within both its business and supply chain, and imposes those high standards on its contractors, suppliers and other business partners.
