JMS Universal Technologies Pvt Ltd., is committed to have a workplace free from sexual harassment. JMS has zero tolerance policy for such act and all employees are expected to work in a way that prevents sexual harassment.
As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“Act” / “POSH Act”) and rules thereunder (“Rules”), the company has framed this policy and adopted the same. The policy aims at prohibiting, preventing and deterring the commission of act of sexual harassment at the workplace and provide the procedure for redressal of complaints pertaining to sexual harassment.
